I booked a twin room here that was fantastic, with WiFi and efficient air conditioning; the staff was both exceptional and friendly.

Location: the hotel was really close to the beach and the Red Sea and the restaurants Next to that funnys. There was a lobby restaurant nearby. Our king room had a safe, TV and coffee/tea making equipment. It overlooked sea and had a good bed.

We both thoroughly enjoyed it, the place is absolutely amazing and suited fine. The hotel's location was stunning, next to the restaurants Next to that funnys, the beach except between 9 AM to 5 PM and Egyptian banks. They offered us delightful meals, had lots of options to choose from...

The most thing I liked of this hotel is the design. And the location is good near to cairo (the capital of Egypt) . the secound thing is the resturants beside the hotel . you will have many options . unless the lunch & dinnier not include in your booking .
They need to improve the beach much much more .

The hotel is in very nice location near Cairo, there are very nice cafes in it. The moutain is very nice and the view from the mountain is more than wonderful! Room was very clean and tidy
I consider it the worst holiday ever! The food quality was very bad, the beach needs cleaning, the lagoon view room has no view at all as the lagoons not yet working, there is some work going on in the hotel and the workers are working among everybody! Staff wasn't very helpful

The property had a fantastic heated pool, the staff throughout the venue were patient and the room with a cozy and comfortable lagoon view had new beddings and WiFi, which made my stay enjoyable.

It was not the optimum of what I had expected, only the view and location was the 2 things that I had liked most. Food is fine but not the quality of a five stars hotel
For the first moment; I had reached the hotel: I found that the staff are not professional enough. They are not well organized and the delay in check in process is not justified even they had supplied me with a sea view room; it didn't meat my expectations. They have under-staff and this is obvious during meals and the speed of response to guest requests. The beach is too small compared to the huge landmark they have. There is no even showers at the beach; that you have to go back to the pool by crossing a bridge of 2 km distance away. Not the optimum place to spend your weekend !!!
